studiodare has experience in a wide range of construction projects. While we have the capability to address most building types our current strategy is to focus on those sectors where we have acquired significant knowledge and experience, namely master planning, transport (infrastructure) and housing. In our experience these three aspects of built environment are seamlessly integrated into the design solution.
We adopt a strategic approach to resolving design problems. Analysis of both the constraints and opportunities enables the client to refine the project requirements thereby minimising the project risks and exploiting the opportunities offered by the project.
Our aim is to provide architectural propositions that are fit for purpose and maximise the value added to the client while satisfying the requirements of key stakeholders.
